Grace is a leading researcher specializing in telecommunications and ICT policy, with a particular focus on technology’s impact on development and society in the Philippines. She has over fifteen years of experience in the field, with focus on universal ICT access and broadband connectivity. She is lead convener of the Better Broadband Alliance, a research fellow of LIRNEasia, a regional ICT policy think tank, and is currently vice president for policy of the Internet Society Philippines Chapter. Jaime is a development manager at The Asia Foundation in the Philippines. Jaime worked with leaders and donors to introduce reforms in telecommunications, civil aviation, property rights, and tax reform. Based on those experiences, he fostered the use of entrepreneurial principles and practices in the development field.
