The Trade and Investment (TI) and Manufacturing (MFG) committees of the chamber will host a meeting on the Updates on the U.S. Export Controls with Mr. John Sonderman, Director of the Office of Export Enforcement at the Bureau of Industry and Security, US Department of Commerce, on April 26, 2024, 10 AM to 12 NN at the AmCham Robert Sears Hall (2/F Corinthian Plaza Building, Paseo de Roxas, Makati City, Philippines).

The session will be touching on the U.S. Foreign Direct Product Rule, the new AI Semi-Conductor Chip and Super Computer Rules, and the new Voluntary Self Disclosure Rules.
