Training Overview
A year and a half into the Pandemic, the country is still nowhere near fully reopening the economy. Companies have no choice but to either close down or halt operations. Remote working schemes were implemented to mitigate the spread of the virus and to reduce operational costs.
AmCham believes in the saying "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail". For us, while waiting for everything to be back on track, it is vital to set up a Return to Work Action Plan, in line with government regulations and international best practices.
The Chamber supports any effort to upskill and re-skill employees and companies as we bounce back from the disruption brought on by the pandemic. In line with this, The AmCham Center for Training and Development is organizing a Workshop entitled: "RETURNING TO WORK CHECKLIST: PREPARING YOUR COMPANY AND WORKFORCE" on 15 October 2021.
Don't miss out on what we will discuss in the event:
- The importance of planning ahead โ conducting risk assessments and being aware of local guidelines and requirements
- Ensuring a safe return โ being aware of local health & safety obligations, the importance of communication strategies, and reviewing your systems and processes
- A need for agility & flexibility โ considering a change to working practices and new ways of working
- Reviewing contracts/policies โ what to consider to reflect new ways of working
- Physical & mental health โ how to practically support the health, safety & wellbeing of your people
