We are pleased to announce 100th AmCham Annual Meeting and Election of Board of Directors for the two-year term 2024-2025:

DATE: Wednesday, November 15, 2023, 4:00 pm

VENUE: Cervantez, Discovery Primea, Makati City

TIME: The meeting will be called to order by the Presiding Officer at 4:15 p.m. The results of the election of the Board of Directors for 2024-2025 will be announced before adjournment, normally on or about 5:30 pm.

NOMINATIONS:

The AmCham Board of Directors approved the list of nominees reported by the Nominating Committee created under Section 2(A), Article IV of the current Chamber By-Laws, and hereby announce the attached slate of NINE (9) Nominees. (SEE ATTACHED BALLOT SHEET 1) who are qualified for election to the AmCham Board of Directors. SIX (6) Director positions are open for election for a two-year term beginning January 2024 to December 2025. ONLY THE OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE OF REGULAR FIRM MEMBERS & REGULAR INDIVIDUALS MAY ACCOMPLISH THE FOLLOWING ATTACHED FORMS:

1) ELECTION BALLOT. Please put a check mark on the name of only SIX (6) Nominees of your choice and return this Ballot to the Chamber at your early convenience via email at divina@amchamphilippines.com. (SEE ATTACHED BALLOT, AND CANDIDATE'S PROFILE )

2) PROXY. If you have not sent in your proxy form, we encourage you to do so. This will determine and assure a quorum at the Annual Meeting. Please sign and return the proxy form as early as possible, but not later than noon of November 13th or send it by email at divina@amchamphilippines.com. If you are able to attend after all, the proxy will of course be revoked. Proxies will be voted strictly according to the member's instructions by the Committee on Election (COMELEC).
