Every year, the Visayas Chapter holds elections for our Board of Governors. The event marks the last day for dropping of ballots; after which the votes will be counted. In line with the Thanksgiving celebrations, and before the night ends, we will announced the winners and your new board members.
This is also the Annual General Membership Meeting wherein the Chapter President gives a report on the year's achievements. The Chapter will also recognize the support of sponsors of its major events, as well as individuals and groups that helped make events and other activities successful. The outgoing officers will also be acknowledged.
A traditional Thanksgiving buffet will be prepared by our host, Waterfront Hotel, so mark your calendars and let's give thanks together for the prosperous year that's passed.
Who should attend?
All AmCham Visayas members are encouraged to attend to exercise their franchise and vote for their incoming board. This is also a great opportunity for you to meet the entirety of the Visayas chapter membership!
Aside from our Visayas members, decision makers and top leaders from the private and public sectors will be in attendance. Take this time to swap cards and make new contacts that could propel your business forward.
