Atty. Ascalon is the Government and Regulatory Affairs Executive for IBM in the Philippines -- specifically focused on the areas of information technology policy, industry investment and development, innovation, workforce flexibility and services trade liberalisation. She is also the regional government market support coordinator for Asia Pacific covering India, Australia, ASEAN, South Korea, China, Taiwan and Japan.

Mr. Hinchliffe is the Executive Director for AmCham Philippines. A Texan, with a BS degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Ebb was based in the Philippines from 1993 – 2000. He has spent 22 of the last 25 years in Asia Pacific which includes 21 years with a US based pump manufacturing company, 6 years with a prominent semiconductor company and the last 4 years in the Service Industry.

She has been cited as a Leading Individual in Intellectual Property and Technology, Media, and Telecommunications by the Legal 500 Asia Pacific for 2016 to 2018. She has 17 years of experience in the fields of intellectual property law, commercial law and litigation. She currently serves as the Vice-President and Director of the Philippine Chapter of Licensing Executives Society International and the Chairperson of the Committee on Intellectual Property Rights, The American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines.

Bienvenido Marquez III is a partner and head of Quisumbing Torres' Intellectual Property Practice Group and head of the Information Technology & Communications Industry Group. He is also a member of Baker & McKenzie International's Asia Pacific Intellectual Property Steering Committee, leading the anti-counterfeiting taskforce. He is experienced in handling IP enforcement litigation, trademark and patent prosecution and maintenance, copyright, data privacy, information security, IT, telecommunications, e-commerce, electronic transactions, cyber security and cybercrime matters.

Regina Reyes-Rara is the Managing Partner of MarksPro Philippines, a law firm with focused practice in intellectual property law. She was the Chairperson of the Anti-Counterfeiting Committee: East Asia and Pacific Subcommittee of the International Trademark Association (INTA) from 2010 to 2013 and is the Vice President for Internal Affairs of the Intellectual Property Professors and Researchers Organization of the Philippines (IP-PRO PHIL).
