Through a series of interactive courses and train-the-trainers sessions, participants will explore key DEI concepts, develop practical leadership skills, and learn how to create inclusive workplaces where all employees can thrive. The program offers a comprehensive and agenda-agnostic approach to DEI leadership development, equipping leaders with the tools and resources needed to drive positive change and build a culture of belonging.

    satisfaction. As an LX professional, she is very passionate about getting more people to take
    ownership of their careers and development and helping them find the right learning paths to
    achieve their goals.

    Leadership development is a topic closest to her heart. Practices such as emotional
    intelligence, resiliency, grit, and adaptability to change are ones that she enjoys discussing and
    creating training programs for.
