    Nelson Dy has over 40 years of corporate experience in operations and industrial marketing. Prior to retirement, he has managed two manufacturing facilities with over 200 people under him.     His workshops include critical thinking, problem solving and decision making, technical communications, coaching and mentoring, presentation skills, core values and more. His non-corporate modules include Christian spirituality, marriage communications, and book writing.

    He is also a certified transformative coach from the Singapore-based Coach Master’s Academy and a certified executive coach from the US-based Center for Executive Coaching. His clients include director and manager levels, with developmental goals such as communication confidence, personal development, and team leadership.

    He is an active member of Toastmasters, a global organization dedicated to help people become better communicators and leaders. He has conducted public speaking workshops for fellow Toastmasters and has himself competed in the national levels for impromptu speaking and speech evaluation.
