Join us on February 17, 2025 as we conduct the first training in theInclusive Business Potential Learning Sessions, Opportunities for Business Development with PWDs: Framework, Processes and Success Stories in the Philippines. This will be facilitated by Mr. Grant Javier, the founder of Project Inclusion Network and main mover and convenor of the Philippine Business for Disability Network (PBDN) and Ms. Lutchmae Mendiola, the Work Access Specialist at Project Inclusion Network and is part of the Secretariat Team of the Philippine Business and Disability Network. This session will discuss the framework of PWD employment in the Philippines, researches on business benefits of PWD employment and success stories of PWD employment both for the company and the PWD professional.

    Founder of Project Inclusion Network, Main mover and convenor of the Philippine Business for Disability Network

    Grant is the founder of Project Inclusion Network, a non-profit organization that provides opportunities for people with disabilities to be productive and contributing members of society. Project Inclusion Network has assisted thousands of people and hundreds of organizations in implementing disability workplace inclusion practices. He is also the main mover and convenor of the Philippine Business and Disability Network (PBDN).


    He also serves on the boards of the YMCA of Makati and the No One in Need Foundation Inc. He is a missionary with the Missionary Families of Christ and is assigned as the Missions Coordinator for Luzon as well as the entire continent of Europe, where he lived for 7 years with his wife serving both Eastern and Western Europe.


    Aside from being a champion for people with disabilities, a pro-life advocate, a youth worker, and an accomplished speaker both at home and abroad. He holds a Master of Arts in Religious Studies from the Don Bosco Center of Studies, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from De La Salle University. He is married to Marie Gay and has five children: Pablo, Benita, Lourdes, Guadalupe, and Isidro. Pablo, his eldest son, was diagnosed with Autism at the age of two and is his inspiration and driving force behind Project Inclusion.

    Work Access Specialist at Project Inclusion Network and Part of the Secretariat Team of the Philippine Business and Disability Network

    Lutch is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and sustainable Philippines. She currently serves as a Work Access Specialist at Project Inclusion Network and is part of the Secretariat Team of the Philippine Business and Disability Network, drawing inspiration from her sister's journey with a rare genetic and developmental condition.

    Before joining Project Inclusion Network, Lutch worked as a supply chain professional at Energy Development Corporation, where she sourced and negotiated contracts for renewable energy projects. Additionally, she has volunteered with SustainablePH for the past three years, actively promoting conversations around sustainability.

    Lutch holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration and a Master's in Development Economics from the University of the Philippines Diliman.
