Event Details
Inherent part of the role of HR and global mobility team to be dealing with unexpected events, volatile situations or everyday life situations which will be different and challenging for an expatriate moving to a new country.
Duty of Care are all the steps taken to prepare the expatriate, their family, the business travelers, for the unexpected.
When can prevention and preparation be done: before the relocation, on arrival, during the assignment of the expatriate?
What are the risks to be considered: safety, natural disasters, health, accidents, stress?
What are the processes, best practices, actions to be implemented?
In view of the past 2 months events affecting the Philippines โ natural disaster with Taal volcano's eruption and the coronavirus epidemic โ we are organizing a HR Roundtable to share best practices and new steps taken to better prepare HR and the employees for those types of situations. What those 2 events have changed in the way companies address their duty of care?
We are therefore looking for inviting a speaker to participate to this sharing session, either expert in all areas of risks or focused on one particular area (ie: health or safety&security for example). To update the participants on the current actions taken, best practices and the future.
