PSA Philippines Consultancy Inc. will offer a perspective on how cybersecurity risks fit within the broader set of threats faced by businesses in the Philippines, and how organizations should think about mitigation. We will also offer some insight on the general state of cybersecurity in the country. We will also look at some real world examples of online scams and threats that companies have increasingly faced during the COVID-19 crisis, particularly amid wide-scale work from home arrangements.

Gregory Wyatt

Director for Business Intelligence of PSA Philippines Consultancy Inc.

Gregory Wyatt is PSA’s Director for Business Intelligence, monitoring a broad range of business risks in the Philippines, spanning insurgency, terrorism, and criminal threats, natural disasters, as well as political and regulatory issues.

He has over a decade of experience in the fields of security risk assessment and political risk, beginning his career as a civilian contractor for the U.S. Army’s Human Terrain Team, and deploying to Iraq for 14 months.

Wyatt holds a Master’s Degree in Security Studies from Georgetown University with a focus on Intelligence, as well as an undergraduate degree in International Relations from the University of Saint Andrews in Scotland. He was a Fulbright student scholar to Yemen and Oman.
