98th AmCham Annual Meeting and Election of the Board of Directors for 2022-2023

AmCham Philippines

AmCham came to life in 1902 as the Manila Coffee Round Table and later as Manila Merchants Association. Incorporated in 1920, it has since then recognized and reconfirmed the commitment of American business to the development and welfare of the Philippines and the Filipino people.

This is a commitment of long-standing, as its mission statement declares:

The Chamber exists to serve the interests of U.S. businesses through the participation of members in promoting their long-term objectives while contributing to the civic and economic development of the Philippines.”

Event Details

We are pleased to announce the 98th AmCham Annual Meeting and Election of Board of Directors for the two-year term 2022-2023 on November 17, 2021, from 12:00 NN - 1:30 PM. The meeting will be called to order by the Presiding Officer at 12:15 p.m. The results of the election of the Board of Directors for 2022-2023 will be announced before adjournment, on or before 2:00 PM.

Agenda:

Determination of quorum and call to order. A quorum of Regular Active Members is required in person or as represented by proxy.
