Mr. Boon Chye Hoe was appointed CEO of BBP effective 1 March 2021. Mr. Hoe has over 20 years of experience in the global semiconductors, electronics, specialty chemicals, and renewable energies space, where he held multiple roles in business development, sales account management, strategic planning, supply chain, and operations at Dupont, The Linde Group, Applied Materials, Bosch and Globalfoundries.

Mr. Hoe has vast experience in managing different lines of business and leading cross-functional teams globally to achieve growth, business efficiency, and optimization. He has been involved in providing advisory to C-Level and senior business executives on matters relating to strategy, change management as well as mergers and acquisitions. Most notably, Mr. Hoe had grown two greenfield businesses to USD100million in a span of three years.

Mr. Hoe holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
