Noel Clarence M. Ducusin has been working with the Agricultural Credit Policy Council (ACPC) since 1991 and has gained extensive experience in developing and implementing wholesale and retail financing programs for the agriculture and fisheries sector. Being Chief of the Program Development Division (PDD), he is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of credit and financing facilities for marginalized farmers and fisherfolk including those who are affected by natural and man-made calamities and other national emergencies.
He is the lead in organizing and facilitating program development consultation workshops, program roadshows/marketing, promotion, and mid-and post-program reviews and assessments. He also facilitates the conduct of capacity-building activities for partner organizations and their operating units and personnel under the agency’s various credit programs. This includes mentoring young agriculture and fishery entrepreneurs being supported under the ACPC young agripreneurship program.
He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics (BS Math) at the University of the East and completed his Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, Philippines.
