Abbott's Panbio self-testing technology was approved by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration. The Panbio is considered the most efficient and accurate self-administered testing kit for COVID-19 present in the market today. With this, the chamber is organizing a technology briefing session with Abbott Laboratories.

    Regional Business Manager, APAC at Abbott

    Subah is an experienced public sector professional who served the government of Singapore in various portfolios from 2008 to 2021 before joining Abbott as the Regional Business Manager for Asia Pacific.

    During her time with the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Subah represented Singapore’s economic interest, negotiating free-trade agreements under ASEAN, and thereafter championed industry growth with Enterprise Singapore (ESG), a government agency managing enterprise development and growth. In ESG, Subah coordinated and implemented a multi-agency initiative to launch a S$23 million Covid-19 support package for the private hire transport industry that benefited close to 5,800 small and medium enterprises.

    In her current role, Subah oversees Covid-19 testing needs in APAC countries and aims to provide Governments, companies and the population at large a better understanding of testing.
