President and Board of Trustee at Healthcare Information Management Association of the Philippines
Vince has over 26 years of experience in the IT Industry. A Software R&D practitioner and an Executive in a Japanese Software R&D firm, Vince heads the operations of the company's strategic business units as well as the company's Center for Innovation, with a focus on healthcare.
He was also in-charge of starting up their branch office in Western Japan where he served as the General Manager for almost 5 years. He is a member of the Board of Directors in Advanced World Systems, Inc. and Advanced World Solutions, Inc., and concurrently serves as the Vice President for Solutions Development for both companies.
He completed a degree in Computer Engineering as a full scholar at Adamson University, graduating as “Cum Laude”. He took up his MBA at De La Salle Lipa in Batangas where he graduated as a Diamond Medal Awardee in 2006. On top of his IT Career, he also serves as a part time faculty for De La Salle Lipa, handling both IT and Business Management Subjects. He is also a member of the Board of the Directors of Emmanuel Multi-purpose Cooperative, a local cooperative in Batangas.
He has served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Healthcare Information Management Association of the Philippines (HIMAP) since 2018 and is the incumbent President of the Association.

JL’s core proficiency also includes product conceptualization and development, product roll-out, market study and research.
JL has been an active mover in the local healthcare outsourcing industry and has served as past president and board member of the Healthcare Information Management Association of the Philippines.
