    She has almost 20 years’ experience in Human Resource Management, Organization Development, Career Transition and Management Consulting with a proven track record in leading integrated project teams delivering large scale change management and leadership development initiatives across the Asia region.
    Jo Ann is the Master Trainer of Lee Hecht Harrison on ChangeMap© and Accelerate Transformation for the Asia region, responsible for training and certifying change management consultants, trainers, and subject matter experts. She has designed and facilitated courses on change management, career
    management, leadership development, and career transition. She possesses a solid understanding of adult learning styles, curriculum development, and training methods that motivate, inspire, and provide tools to employees as they go through
    organizational and personal changes.
