Can you pinpoint your exact strengths and how to develop them? This workshop helps participants name, claim, and aim their talents by taking them through their Top 5 Clifton Strengths using the Strengths Finder assessment by Gallup.


Gallup has studied human nature and behavior for more than 80 years. Gallup researchers have discovered that: People who focus on using their strengths are three times as likely to report having an excellent quality of life and are six times as likely to be engaged in their jobs.


In partnership with our pool of Gallup-certified facilitators, we take participants through their Clifton Strengths Top 5 Report to identify the talents and see how they can thrive personally and professionally.
