Training Overview

Join us on August 27-28, 2024, 9AM-3PM in this training, AI Mastery for Business Leaders: Transforming Strategy & Operations. This workshop is a comprehensive 2-day course aimed at business professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders, designed to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) for strategic business transformation. It focuses on four key areas: machine learning, data analytics, automation, and decision-making.

Participants will begin with the basics of AI and machine learning, understanding how to use these technologies for competitive advantage. The course then moves to data analytics, teaching how to interpret data, extract actionable insights, and predict trends to inform business decisions.

This training may not be beneficial for IT managers or practitioners, rather, this course is ideal for business leaders, managers, analysts, and professionals working on business operations who want to understand and leverage AI to drive business success. No prior experience in AI is required, but a basic understanding of business concepts and data analytics will be beneficial.

This workshop will be facilitated by Mr. Rey Lugtu, a digital and culture transformation thought & action leader, a sought-after public speaker, and an accomplished educator, author, and business columnist. He is the founder and CEO of Hungry Workhorse.

Rey Lugtu
Founder & CEO of Hungry Workhorse
Rey Lugtu is a digital and culture transformation thought & action leader, a sought-after public speaker, and an accomplished educator, author, and business columnist.

He is the Founder & CEO of Hungry Workhorse, a digital, culture, and customer experience transformation consulting firm. He is also the Chairman of MyLegalWhiz, the first subscription-based, cloud-enabled legal knowledge and research assistance platform in Asia; and Global Advisory Board Member of Insider, Asia’s 2nd B2B SaaS Unicorn.

He has a wealth of strategy, business management, sales, and technology experience gained from global companies such as Microsoft, Samsung, Emerson, IBM, and Nokia.

He is an Institute Fellow at the US-based Institute for Digital Transformation, and Fellow at the Institute of Corporate Directors. He is the Chair of the Digital Transformation: IT and Enterprise Governance Program Committee at the FINEX Academy.

He is a Professorial Lecturer at the De La Salle University MBA program where he teaches strategic management and digital transformation. He is part of the global faculty network of Emeritus, an EdTech that provides accessible and affordable educational programs.

He is a professional futurist, being a full member of the Association of Professional Futurists. He completed the course on Foresight and Futures Thinking from the Development Academy of the Philippines.

Business columnist and writer for The Manila Times, Manila Bulletin, Business World, and Pilipino Mirror; contributing author of the recently launched global book, Digital Transformation Demystified and Editor-in-Chief and Contributing Author of the book, “Ethics: Enduring or Evolving?”.

He earned his MBA from DLSU where he is finishing the Doctor of Business Administration program. He finished courses in business from INSEAD, Wharton University of Pennsylvania, China Europe International Business School, and Helsinki School of Economics.
