General Manager at Metropolitan Cebu Water District (MCWD)
Edgar H. Donoso was appointed as General Manager of the water district in December 2022. He has been working for MCWD for over 35 years. He started as a relief clerk in 1983 and was promoted to several positions like accounting clerk, chief accountant, manager of the Accounting Department before he was appointed assistant general manager for finance in December 2008. He earned his Accounting degree from the University of San Carlos in 1982 and passed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) board exam in 1984. He also finished a Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Cebu in 2006.
