We have arranged for a FREE digital security training from the Institute for Policy, Strategy and Developmental Studies, Inc. (IPSDI). This training was created to help address the growing attempts to steal personal data through the internet.

The interactive workshop entitled "Best Practices in Digital Security" has been booked exclusively for AmCham Members and is scheduled on May 27, 2021 (Thursday) from 2:00pm to 5:00pm.

Executive Director of Institute for Policy, Strategy and Developmental Studies, Inc. (IPSDI)

Elmer is a product of the Philippine Military Academy class of 2000, and obtained his Master of Development Communication from the University of the Philippines’ Open University.

While in government he was involved in maritime law enforcement, rescue missions in the West Philippine Sea, and anti-terrorist campaigns in Southern Philippines. In the private sector, he handled training program development for the Institute of Corporate Directors and later as Public Affairs Officer for the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines' Visayas regional office.

He co-facilitates I.P.S.D.I. training programs and is also being consulted for innovation in sustainable livelihood programs that are anchored on bio-waste conversion and food security.
