The BPO industry being described and coined as 'one' of the two legs of the Philippine economy connotes the massive contribution of this specific sector to the country's economic development. The industry has been evidently affected and disrupted by the pandemic due to mobility restrictions and demand fluctuations. The strict enforcement of the quarantine and its provisions affect if not impede the normal operations of BPOs. It has been a challenge to everyone; a matter of time and the capability to adapt to change rapidly.
The webinar aims to achieve the following:
