In this dynamic 3-hour session, participants will explore the roots of gender bias, its impact on individuals and organizations, and strategies to foster gender equity. This interactive workshop empowers participants to recognize and address gender bias in the workplace. It's designed for professionals and leaders committed to fostering inclusive environments. In the session real-world issues and advancements in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) are presented without political overtones. The course offers practical tools and actionable strategies through experiential learning, allowing participants to apply insights immediately. By focusing equally on experiences affecting both men and women, this session encourages dialogue and collaboration for sustainable organizational change.
