AmCham came to life in 1902 as the Manila Coffee Round Table and later as Manila Merchants Association. Incorporated in 1920, it has since then recognized and reconfirmed the commitment of American business to the development and welfare of the Philippines and the Filipino people.

Event Details

The American Chamber of Commerce has received feedback from members on their concern around certain standards contained in DAO 2016-08, while at the same time, expressing their support on the general objectives and goals of the said standard.

Join AmCham's Manufacturing and Environment and Urban Development Committees in a forum to get these issues on the table and facilitate a dialogue between DENR and industry players to ensure an effective implementation of DAO 2016-08 that will achieve the objectives of the said policy while taking into consideration industry concerns.
