Shiv Nayar is the Director of Collaboration Sales for Cisco ASEAN, leading a team of specialist sellers helping Cisco’s customers transform their collaboration and productivity offerings to better suit the needs of a hybrid workforce. He and his team focus on driving solutions and experiences that are best-in-class, location-agnostic, and inclusive.

Shiv is a seasoned professional in the tech industry, with has over 24 years of experience in IT and enterprise sales, marketing, and business management across cloud, software, and hardware. He has driven digital transformation and change management across the enterprise and commercial customers, partners, and channels in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining Cisco, Shiv held senior positions at Microsoft and Nokia, where he led global programs and played key roles in business expansion plans across ASEAN, India, Greater China, and Japan.

As the Country General Manager for the Philippines, Andrés Ortola is responsible for leading Microsoft’s business in developing and driving strategies for all product lines, services, and support offerings, working closely with customers, partners, and local government to help accelerate digital transformation in the Philippines.

Prior to this appointment, Andrés led the enterprise commercial business for Singapore, where his leadership and focus on transforming the business delivered unprecedented value for Microsoft customers and partners.

Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Andrés has 20 years of experience in the IT industry and has held various regional leadership positions in consulting, sales management, marketing, and business management. His previous experiences include regional roles at Microsoft, Quest Software, IBM, and as a co-founder for entrepreneurial projects.

Before joining Google, Ferdie served as Enterprise Commercial and Public Sector Lead for Microsoft Philippines. A veteran in the Information Technology industry with an extensive background in General Management, Sales, Consulting, and Digital Marketing.

Ferdie has been an Entrepreneur and a pioneer in Web and Mobile app development in the country, he also served as the VP for Digital Services for the SM Group of companies consolidating all of the conglomerate's digital initiatives.

As the Country Lead for Google Cloud Philippines, Ferdie will manage the company’s day-to-day operations and develop an overall growth strategy for the business. He is tasked to lead the charge in driving awareness and adoption of Google Cloud solutions in the market and to work closely with the sales leadership team in setting objectives and priorities that guide the organization. He will also play a vital role in maintaining Google’s culture within teams and alignment with the wider Google team.
