Kay is an industrial and organizational psychologist with combined years of experiences in human resources management and university teaching of Psychology. She has a hands-on business experience in general HR with specialization in administration as well as organizational and learning development that offered solutions to problems in the workplace.
Over the years, she devoted her professional services to help companies optimize and align their business processes in order to adapt to the dynamic needs of workers, participate in high-level operational initiative and integration for growth, and deal with unique issues of organizational change. Her work experiences vary across industries which include consulting, real estate development, and non-profit organizations that aimed at obtaining organizational effectiveness as well as individual and professional development.
Her drive and passion towards learning in a diverse environment provided fresher insights and perspectives that helped clients and customers in advancing their knowledge on career and life planning skills.
