To help businesses prepare and respond effectively, AmCham Philippines is hosting a full-day training session on Business Continuity Basics: A Crash Course for Small and Medium Enterprises on July 2, 2025. This will be facilitated by seasoned consultant in Quality, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS), Ms. Olivia Jolongbayan.
This facilitator-led course is tailored for SME owners, managers, and key personnel. Participants will gain practical knowledge on assessing business vulnerabilities, developing quick-response strategies, and building a simple, actionable Business Continuity Plan (BCP). The training will also feature a hands-on tabletop exercise to simulate disruption scenarios and guide attendees in refining their BCPs for real-world application.
