Mary Jade Roxas-Divinagracia CFA ®,CVA heads the PwC Philippines Deals and Corporate Finance practice. She has over twenty (20) years of combined experience in deal advisory, financial audit, valuation, M&A and infrastructure advisory, strategy and due diligence.

She has led engagements for private equity firms in their transactions in the Philippines from target search to due diligence and valuation. She has performed numerous intangible asset valuations, including brands and technology. She has also worked with local business owners, including start ups in raising equity funding from both financial and strategic investors.

Roxas-Divinagracia holds a Master in Business Administration degree from the University of Hawaii in Manoa and Japan-America Institute of Management Science and graduated summa cum laude from the University of St. La Salle with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce major in Accounting. Jade is a Certified Public Accountant and ranked 5th in the CPA Board Exams.

She also finished Business Analytics: From Data to Insights from the Wharton Online Education. She is also a CFA Charterholder and a Certified Chartered Valuer and Appraiser by the Institute of Valuers and Appraisers of Singapore. She also finished the Professional Director’s Program from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
