Course description and objectives:
Day 1: Analytics for Decision-Makers & Leaders (3 hours)
- This course introduces the Data Driven Framework, emphasizing digital transformation, data culture, and analytics project planning. By the end, participants will be equipped with the skills to develop an Analytics Strategy Blueprint to guide data-driven decision-making.
Day 2: Developing the Data/AI Strategy (3 hours)
- This course focuses on assessing an organization's data and AI maturity, covering data governance and strategic planning. By course end, attendees will create a Maturity Model Assessment and Implementation Roadmap to enhance AI and analytics capabilities.
Day 3: Data Visualization Fundamentals (3 hours)
- This course provides hands-on training in Power BI or Tableau, guiding participants in creating interactive dashboards and compelling visual narratives that drive informed decision-making.
Day 4: Building Ethical AI (3 hours)
- This course covers Microsoft's Human-AI eXperience (HAX) framework, focusing on responsible AI principles like fairness, transparency, and privacy. By course end, participants will learn to develop ethical AI solutions, supported by real-world case studies.
This program is led by industry experts and requires a strong internet connection, with specific tools needed for the visualization module.
