Curious about Deaf culture, Filipino Sign Language and how a big population of Deaf professionals are employed by various BPOs in the Philippines working as non-voice customer service associates and project mangers?
Join us on February 18, 2025 as we conduct the second training in the Inclusive Business Potential Learning Sessions, Deaf Awareness and Workforce Integration in the Philippines. This will be facilitated by Deaf employment advocates and a Filipino Sign Language instructor from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, Deaf Advocacy Program Coordinator Mr. Francis Ethelbert Pagaduan, and Deaf Employment Program Coordinator, Ms. Patricia Ellen Crisanto. This session will discuss about Deaf culture, teach a few words in Filipino Sign Language, and explain the employment framework proven effective in hiring Deaf professionals in the Philippines.
