David is the founder of Focus Philosophy Sdn Bhd, a Leadership Development and Executive Coaching entity that concentrates on helping organizations develop their peoples leadership strength through various learning and coaching initiatives. He is also a certified APAC Consulting Associate, Virtual Trainer and Master Trainer for SLII Experience and several other world class leadership development programs for the globally recognized KenBlanchard Companies. Apart from his credentials as a facilitator, he is also an ICF certified coach and has been coaching executive level leaders, mid-level leaders and managers over the many years with the goal of helping them build and strengthen their leadership capabilities.

As a Coach and Leadership facilitator, he has traveled across many Asia-Pacific geographical locations covering Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Philippines, Thailand, India, Pakistan, China, Korea, Vietnam, Hong Kong to partner and work with organizations to help build and enhance the capability of their current and potential leaders. Many of the companies David has worked with are large Global companies or listed either as a Fortune 100 or Fortune 500 company. Apart from facilitating leadership sessions, David is also an Executive Coach and is also part of the Coach the Coach with ICF Certification Readiness and Career Transitioning consulting team for LHH (Lee Hecht Harrison) a global talent development leader.
