Atty. Allenierey Allan V. Exclamador

Partner, Business Tax Services at SGV & Co. - Ernst & Young Philippines

Allan Exclamador is a Tax Partner at SGV & Co. - Ernst & Young Philippines. He joined SGV in 1998, and is both a lawyer and a Certified Public Accountant. He is also a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Integrated Bar of the Philippines. He also attended the INSEAD Singapore’s Asian International Executive Programme.

Allan has over 20 years of experience in providing tax advisory and advocacy services to banks, insurance companies, microfinance institutions, financial services organizations, power generation facilities, oil and gas companies and BPOs. He has a solid background in business registration, tax planning, corporate reorganization, and restructuring for new market players and frontrunners in the Philippine finance sector. He represents clients before the BIR, Board of Investments, Philippine Economic Zone Authority, local government units, and other agencies. He also regularly give lectures about tax matters and actively participates in SGV’s tax training programs, seminars and briefings. Lastly, Allan also regularly facilitates seminars and tax updates for various institutions and government agencies.
