Training Overview
It is necessary for every company to have an effective support system in their workplace and with that, having "Mental Health Champions" in the workplace is really essential. In an organization, Mental Health Champions give a supportive and compassionate presence to employees who are in distress.
This training will provide knowledge on common workplace mental health issues, proper rapport building, and the conduct of the RAPIDS model.
Training Objectives
At the end of the training, participants should be able to:
- Differentiate the different crisis reactions and know how to act on such
- Demonstrate the skills for rapport building and supportive communication
- Conducting the RAPIDS model (Reflective listening, Assessment of needs, Prioritization, Intervention, Disposition, and Self-Care)
