The American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines, Inc., Mindanao Chapter's Financial Services Taxes and Tariffs Committee invites you to a webinar on September 24, 2021 [Friday] at 10:00 - 11:30 AM.

The SGV & Co Partners, as our guest speakers, will discuss the salient provisions of the Corporate Recovery and Tax Incentives for Enterprises Act (CREATE) which introduced changes to the corporate income tax and rationalized the fiscal incentives granted to business enterprises registered with investment promotion agencies. They will also go through the rules and regulations issued by the tax authorities to implement the CREATE Law and other relevant tax updates that may impact business operations.

Saha Adlawan-Bulagsak, CPA

Saha is a Certified Public Accountant and a Tax Partner in the Global Compliance and Reporting Group of SGV’s Davao, General Santos, Cebu, and Cagayan de Oro offices. She graduated Cum Laude from the Mindanao State University – Marawi with a degree in BS Accountancy. She also completed the Asian International Executive Program at the INSEAD-Singapore in June 2016.

Saha services clients from the agriculture, business process outsourcing, real estate, mining, power, retail, and manufacturing sectors, among others. She is knowledgeable in business tax compliance, tax accounting and risk advisory, and due diligence on tax matters. She is a member of SGV’s Accounting Standards Group and is a subject matter resource on IAS 12 (International Accounting Standards for Income Taxes) and a member of Ernst and Young’s (EY) Asia-Pacific Subject Matter Group for Income Taxes. She also regularly participates as a tax reviewer for annual audit and tax quality review programs of EY in the ASEAN region. Saha is also a regular facilitator/speaker for SGV’s internal training programs and public seminars.
