    Edwin C. Ebreo is the newly Elected President of The Philippine Society for Talent Development. Outside of PSTD, He is the CEO of ExeQserve Corporation, a 17-year old Human Resource, Organization and Talent Development Consulting Company.

    Before his Presidency, Ed has served as member of the board of trustees, and chairman of several committees like Ways and Means, Marketing, Ways and Means, Publication, Membership, Certification and the JPSTD. Some of his key achievements are:
    • The development of the Master Trainer Certification Program
    • Digital Library
    • Member Onboarding
    • The chartering of the JPSTD Program.

    Ed developed his skills in training, recruitment, human resource management, organization development, and management consulting through more than twenty years of collective experience in the retail, financial, BPO, and HR consulting business. His creativity and skill in learning activity design and strategy development enabled Ed to customize programs and organization development solutions based on the identified needs of clients. He has designed and conducted hundreds of sessions on over 50 topics. He led the development of the master trainer certification program for the Philippine Society for Talent Development. He is an accredited consultant for PSTD, Australia Awards, and the Civil Service Institute. Ed Ebreo has been one of the longest staying mentors at the Philippines HR Group. He was there before it all started from the
    yahoogroups, and when Darwin Rivers started the FB group.

    Ed took up Mass Communication at New Era University and has completed various training programs that helped him develop his competence in leading and training. His most important education is his experience as a human resource development professional helping companies achieve their full potential through their people.

    Kevin is the Chief People and Possibility Officer of Positive Workplaces and is a member of the 2024 Board of Trustees of the Philippine Society for Talent Development (PSTD) where he serves as the sponsor for both the Research and Publications and Junior PSTD Committees.

    He is a Certified Level 1 Training Facilitator of the Philippine Society for Talent Development, has Certificates in Learning and Development and Compensation Management from the People’s Management Association of the Philippines, is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt by Six Sigma Ph, and a Certified Microsoft Office Specialist for Excel (Associate). Most recently, he finished his Data Analytics Bootcamp with Eskwelabs to enhance his data visualization and storytelling skills.

    Prior to Positive Workplaces, he worked in government for 8 years and was the youngest head of Human Resources at the Office of former Vice President Ma. Leonor “Leni” Robredo where he led the team in achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification and PRIME-HRM Level II accreditation for all 4
    HR Pillars.

    Abegail Pulma Tongco has been in the HR and OD practice for more than 15 years. As an HR and OD consultant and trainer; she has been exposed to companies in the banking and finance, BPO, KPO, energy, water utility, academe, food and beverage, manufacturing, construction and engineering, website and software development, architectural and engineering consulting, real estate development, mining, hospitality, printing and publishing industries. She has implemented consulting projects for GOCCs, government agencies and local government units, as well.

    She is the Training and Consulting Division Director and concurrently also the VisMin Regional Director of the Profiles Group of Companies.

    She is a certified Shared Leadership Coach and Team Coach. She is also a certified PxT, DISC and Genos EI practitioner. She is likewise a certified Kahoot content creator.

    She graduated from the University of the Philippines – Tacloban College with a college degree in BASS Psychology. She earned her graduate degree of Masters in Business Management in the same university and took the PhD program in Organization Development in the Cebu Doctor’s University.
