Besides Millennials, Gen-Z is arguably the most talked-about generation today. Generation Z or Gen Z consists of people born between 1995-2010, who developed self-awareness after growing up with a strong connection to technology. In the workplace, Gen Z plays a vital role through demonstrating new levels of digital competence and dedication to their goal. As they greatly influence the workforce, it is essential for business leaders to understand their work and adopt a speed of evolution that matches their abilities and creativity.

AmCham North Luzon together with Converge ICT is sharing this advocacy to raise awareness of Gen Z building credibility, competence and reputable characteristics that attain expectations in the workforce. Students from Holy Angel University are invited. This workshop entitled "Gen Z Building Credibility in the Workplace" is headed by Ms. Denise Molintas, General Manager of Hilton Clark Sun Valley Hotel.
