Sean Darilay is a Principal and Career Talent Business Leader of Mercer Philippines. As Business Leader, Sean is responsible for driving business development, partnerships, and growth initiatives of the Talent line of business, focusing on talent assessments & development, digital exam platforms & proctoring services, employee engagement and experience, and workforce strategies for the Future of Work.
Previously based out of Singapore, Sean has consulted with local and regional firms across Asia Pacific markets in key industries such as banking, insurance, pharmaceutical and life sciences, retail, electronics manufacturing and oil & gas. He has managed complex projects in the areas of compensation and benefits surveys & benchmarking, government-sponsored industry labor studies, executive pay, employee mobility, job evaluation, benefits and HR policy reviews, as well as HR due diligence during M&As.
Sean has more than fifteen years of experience in business management, product development, and human resource consulting. A regular speaker on business and HR forums, he also serves as Independent Director of a rural bank in the Philippines.
Sean earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University and has completed an Executive Certification Program in Marketing and Distribution from the Asian Institute of Management.
