Training Overview
People yearn for belongingness, recognition, and appreciation. In the workplace, these needs should be evident in the relationship that exists within the team to motivate employees to bring their best selves to work. Therefore, leaders should be cognizant of the physical, psychological, and psychosocial connections of employees, which affect their overall performance.
In this session, participants are introduced to the many factors that contribute to creating a supportive workplace environment and to various strategies on how to make the workplace safe, inclusive, and fun.
