The Tebow CURE Hospital in Davao City, Philippines, has become a source of hope and healing for thousands of people. It has delivered excellent medical care and thoughtful ministry to the children of the Philippines. In 2020, the hospital was selected from 89 hospitals in 16 countries to receive the 'Excellence Award for Community Involvement at the Hospital Management Asia Awards.


Conditions they treat are bowed legs, broken bones, brittle bones, burn contractures, cleft lip, cleft palate, clubfeet, knock knees and windswept.

    Peter Cowles

    Executive Director of Cure Philippines

    Peter serves as the Executive Director of CURE Philippines. In this role, he leads the overall operations of the hospital including external relationships and linkages with local pastors and churches. He has a bachelor’s degree in biological science from Cal State University Stanislaus, and a master’s degree in organizational management from the University of Phoenix. He has also obtained a healthcare management certificate from Cornell University.

    Peter is the Founder/CEO of Seeds of Dignity Ministries, Inc., the primary local partner of CURE Philippines, and has been living in the Philippines since 2008. Previously, he worked as a missionary in Singapore and held several senior leadership roles in local government in the United States.

    While not at work, Peter enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, and outdoor sports. He is married to Pellen and they have four adult children and five grandchildren.
