Training Overview
A leader is someone with the ability to inspire or motivate others to achieve a goal.
Join us on October 2, 2024 as we conduct a training Management and Leadership: Modern Leaders Training. In this training, the participants will have a better understanding about the modern leader: the difference between a leader and a manager, and how as leaders, their main goal is developing their people and teams to become the next leaders. This session will discuss the following:
- Leadership styles
- Importance of Context in Leadership
- Effective leadership tools
- Leading teams
This session will be facilitated by Atty. Alden Labaguis, Tax/Customs Partner/Principal at SGV & Co. and a TRACOM-certified SOCIAL STYLE trainer. He is actively involved in learning and development initiatives in the Philippines and at the EY ASEAN Leadership Academy.
