Training Overview
Regardless of how strong we are, our ability to make the best choices can eventually run out due to decision fatigue. Recognizing decision fatigue can be tricky because it will often feel like a deep sense of weariness, says licensed counselor, Joe Martino, and this affects us more than we realize. Decision fatigue refers to the deteriorating quality of decisions made by a talent after a long session of decision making.
The course aims to equip talents capabilities to be able to address, if not prevent, decision fatigue during trying times. At the end of the course, the participants will be able to โ

The 3-hour course will be facilitated using the Zoom online learning platform. Participants will find the session interactive as 30% of the program design involves discussion of conceptual framework and principles to enhance the participants' knowledge and subject matter expertise while 70% of the program design focus on review of the business case, simulation exercises, and group activities to make sure that the participants will be able to manage projects effectively.
