Supply chains have always been a critical part of doing business, and providing a solid customer experience. The pandemic of 2020 to 2022, however, caused disruptions and even shut downs of supply chains both domestically, and globally. Business continuity plans often ruptured due to the stress of government lock-downs and travel restrictions. Resiliency was sorely tested. Now, some two years after the pandemic officially passed, we are still feeling the effects. But companies are recovering, in the delivery of physical goods, the ability of our cyber systems to deliver and to withstand determined attacks, and of our human resources to maintain high work standards. We have come to see, after the pandemic, that the consumer base demands a high level of positive experiences from our businesses.
