As companies become increasingly reliant on digital systems, cyberattacks pose significant risks, particularly for the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector, which employs over 10% of the workforce. The Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC) plays a key role in national cybersecurity efforts, especially in supporting micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) that lack dedicated security resources.
