The Legislative Committee & Financial Services, Taxes, and Tariffs Committee have invited Representative Jose Ma. Clemente "Joey" Sarte Salceda from the House of Representatives to discuss the provisions of the Ease of Paying Taxes Bill which was recently approved on the third and final reading in the House of Representatives.

The session will also hear from Atty. Elaine Collado, AmCham Legislative Committee Co-Chair & Mr. Randall Garcia, TAPP Advocacy and Research Specialist, regarding the developments on the PBG-JFC Priority Bills, particularly on the DOJ Opinion on foreign ownership in the renewable energy sector, LEDAC Priority Bills, and Revised 2022 IRR of the BOT Law.
