The AmCham North Luzon Chapter will be hosting a Young Professionals Committee meeting entitled "The Future of Leadership | Emerging Next-Gen Workforce" with Ms. Ycoy Gonzales-Sitchon, Creative Director of La Belle Fรชte as guest speaker.


Leadership has significantly evolved over the years. Traditional benchmarks of achieving targets and objectives have changed. As the next generation of leaders arise, they are being tasked with the objective of "becoming different" and "becoming better". The term "next-gen" is often associated with negative stereotypes, yet bigger opportunities can be maximized by tapping into their drive and motivation. Helping them to be effective in the workplace, understanding their needs, and mentoring them to be prepared and capable when their time comes to lead should be one, if not the highest priority of every organization.


AmCham North Luzon invites you to join us on June 21 from 10 am-11 am at Clark Marriott Hotel.


This is also a culminating activity for the Career Preparation Program launched last April 2022, the Chapter's advocacy of equipping the next generation of leaders.

    Ycoy Gonzales-Sitchon

    Creative Director of La Belle Fรชte

    A former investment banker and Chief Operating Officer of an Australian company, , her areas of expertise include people and business management, strategic planning, and communication and creative strategies. She is a licensed securities trader with certification from the Securities and Exchange Commission and Ateneo Professional Schools. Ycoy facilitated various seminars and training for Relationship Managers and Business Managers for one of the biggest universal banks in the Philippines. She graduated from the University Philippines with a degree in Economics.

    Having experienced a paradigm shift in 2012, she founded La Belle Fete - brainchild. Her passion for events stemmed from her desire to give every client a one-of-a-kind experience by curating novelty.
    Planning, concept, and curation are the heart of La Belle Fete. Ycoy spearheaded this eclectic approach in event and wedding pIanning, catering to a specific target market with a discerning taste and who embraces tastefully multi-layered approach to event planning. Her internal mantra is: nothing is impossible. She heads the Creative team, which consists of visionaries like her, whose tasks revolve around the creative facets of the planning.
