Before the global COVID-19 pandemic, the industrial and logistics sector has been identified as one of the Philippine economy's bright spots, especially for real estate. Macro trends such as the growth of traditional retail and e-commerce, rising fuel cost, and the movement of industrial and warehouse facilities outside Metro Manila have contributed to the expansion of this sector.
