Dan Lachica is the President of Semiconductor and Electronics Industries in the Philippines Foundation, Inc. (SEIPI), the association representing the electronics industry which accounts for 60% of total Philippine commodity exports and employs over 3M direct and indirect workers.

Dan has over 40 years of senior management experience in semiconductors, electronics, and consumer goods manufacturing, 16 of which were in front-end semiconductor wafer manufacturing in Silicon Valley. He returned to the Philippines as an expatriate Managing Director of a US company with factories in the Philippines and Malaysia.

Dan is an expert in world-class initiatives such as Six Sigma, Balanced Scorecard, and Total Productive Maintenance. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Philippines, an MBA from San Jose State University in California, the USA, and a Doctorate in Business from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines.

Mr. Richard Strollo is the Vice President of Supply Chain for LBC Express Inc.

Mr. Strollo has over 26 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry. He started his logistics career in the US and has worked in various roles gaining industry experience before moving to Asia in 1996. Mr. Strollo has held a number of senior management positions across the Asia Pacific, including leadership roles based in Indonesia, South Korea, Taiwan, the Philippines, Singapore, and Malaysia.

Mr. Strollo has a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Business Administration from Embry Riddle University and is based in Manila with his wife Sheila and their two children.

As the current Director and Group Head of the Investment & Capital Markets business line in Santos Knight Frank, Kashis responsible for determining the applicable, feasible, and most effective strategies in terms of real estate investments.
