    Fred has worked in the data center capital markets and development team at Knight Frank for 3 years following achieving an MSc in Real Estate at Cass Business School focusing on Data Centre investment.
    He has bought and sold data centre development land for operators across multiple European markets as well as selling sites directly to Cloud Services Providers in the UK.
    Alongside his team, Fred has advised on data centre M&A transactions in locations such as London and Bucharest and is shortly relocating to Singapore in order to help expands Knight Frank’s data centre offering in the region.
    Fred has an extensive network of clients in the sector including colocation operators, industrial developers and hyperscale cloud providers.
