    Faye is a social innovations activist; an innovator in human capital development, a strategic leadership consultant and coach with over 30 years of experience as a purpose-driven professional in organizational transformation and human capital management. Her work spans the Philippines and the globe where she worked alongside some of the top CEOs and leaders.
    She is the 2013 recipient of the People Manager of the Year award, conferred by the People Management Association of the Philippines, and one of the FWN100™ 100 Most Influential Filipina Women™ Global Award – For Leadership and Innovation Category, conferred by the Filipina Women’s Network in 2017.
    Faye is a Certified Facilitator and Coach of the Leadership Circle 360. She is also certified in Design Sprint: Design Thinking v2.0 Innovation; and is a Certified Facilitator for LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method. She holds a Masters in Education from the University of the Philippines and is an alumna of Harvard Business School where she completed the Advanced Management Program.
