The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has dramatically changed our daily routines. Not only is it important to stay physically healthy during this times of stress, but taking care of our emotional and mental health is just as crucial โ and exercise can help improve both.
This week we are holding our free Virtual Yoga Session to further help you make positive changes both for your body and for your mindset as the COVID-19 crisis continue dominating our lives. Yoga practice has been demonstrated to provide stress and pain relief, better breathing, flexibility, increased strength and weight management. The meditative effects of yoga practice can help cultivate inner peace and calm. It opens the way to improved concentration, coordination, reaction time and memory.
